"I've always been lucky with the one-eyed jacks" -Josh Faraday
In Antoine Fuqua's retelling of the classic Western film The Magnificent Seven, Chris Pratt jumps into the saddle of his first Western film wearing a custom Baron hat for his role as Josh Faraday. Pratt's character is based off Steve McQueen's Vin Tanner in the original 1960 film directed by John Sturges which is based off Akira Kurosawa's Seven Samurai. In both films, Pratt and McQueen are down on their luck gamblers who are recruited into protecting a small town from greedy robber barons. For the part, costumers chose a chocolate brown, open telescope hat reminiscent of Clint Eastwood's iconic hat in the Dollars trilogy. The hat is finished with a leather band and slight pencil roll along the edge of the brim.
Baron is proud to offer this handmade replica of the hat Chris Pratt wore in the 2016 remake of the classic western "The Magnificent Seven".
