The “Monster Hunter” already has a place in Hollywood’s Hats of Fame, along with the Fedora from “Indiana Jones”, the Outback from “Crocodile Dundee” and the yellow “Zoot Suiter” from “The Mask”, to name just a few!

The “Monster Hunter” is made to the same stringent hyper-scrupulous specifications as the hats that Baron Hats is creating for Universal’s “Van Helsing Spectacular” show and
 ride at Universal Studios Tours Hollywood. Like the motion picture original that inspires it, “The Monster Hunter” is constructed of 100%
hand- selected matching leathers, including the binding, brim and extra high crown. The instantly recognizable dramatic “Heroic Gothic” shaping of the hat is created by our unique and exclusive Spiral-Birl™
process which
is hand-stitched completely through the crown and around the brim in very distinctive sequentially tiered and layered seams of ½ inch gauge “ultra-wellknit” over-casting.

The hat is then specially hand “stressed” with our studios exclusive “Gealtert Process” as is the original hat, to give “The Monster Hunter” a “lived in” look and feel, right down to the “Ausgefranst” working of the grosgrain ribbon hatband. You’ll swear you’ve been wearing this hat for years of monster hunting adventures!

picture production color of Dark Brown "Midnight
Musk" or, because
of many requests, now also
offered in the new "Night
Cloak" Black
(as pictured above). Both
are made of the same hand
selected leathers with the
"Spiral-Birl" stitching, and
are specially "stressed" to
create the special "Monster
Hunter" look and feel. The
brown version comes with a
matching brown hatband, and
the black version with a
matching black hatband.
Please note: The color
of your hat will be just
like the those pictures. However,
because of the many
variances in computer
monitors, the color you see
on your screen may be
slightly different that the
actual custom made hat. Rest
assured, you are getting the
original hat in the color
