is one of our personal favorite hats!
Just to have been able to meet the
“legend” himself… Clayton Moore, let alone make his hats was something
we will cherish for the rest of our lives!
Here is an exact replica of the hat he wore through his
years of western adventures, and through years of personal use and
appearances, made to his exacting specifications.
It’s made of specially designed “silver belly” dyed 100% Western Weight
Fur Felt. The specifications of the hat are the exact measurements of
the hat Clayton Moore wore exclusively on his TV Show. These
measurements were taken off our own treasured hat Clayton Moore
presented to us, and has also been confirmed and authenticated by the
very generous and kind assistance of the
Gene Autry Museum of the
American West.

Special Note:
The “Silver Bullet” is accurate down to every last detail. Even
the custom hand-braded black leather stampede strings are made
just for this very special hat with the exact knotting and weave
of the original.
Each string is
individually hand woven to order, in the exact pattern-weave
from the original strings worn on Clayton Moore’s actual hat,
right down to the hold-knot, and the end knot and frill.
Please note: The color of your hat will be just like the
original. However, because of the many variances in computer
monitors, the color you see on your screen may be slightly
different that the actual custom made hat. Rest assured, you are
getting the original hat in the original color!
